## 2. Impact & Budget Metrics

### 2.1 Impact Metrics Summary
**What it does:** Shows the CSR headline impact metrics: total beneficiaries reached, students completed, certificates issued, and average learning improvement across funded programs.

**Sub-features:**
- Total beneficiaries reached
- Students completed count
- Certificates issued count
- Average learning improvement percentage
- Impact trend over time (monthly)
- Impact Metrics Summary available on web and mobile
- impact metrics summary event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of impact metrics summary

**CSR User Journey:**
1. CSR navigates to Impact Metrics Summary.
2. CSR reviews the impact metrics summary details shown.
3. CSR performs the primary action for impact metrics summary.
4. CSR confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. CSR opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- Total beneficiaries reached.
- Students completed count.
- Certificates issued count.
- Average learning improvement percentage.

**What it does:** Shows the CSR how their funding budget is being used: total budget, disbursed amount, remaining budget, and utilization by program and by period.

- Budget utilization percentage gauge
- Overspend and underspend indicators
