## 2. Testimonial Collection & Sequence Management

### 2.1 Testimonial Collection Sequence
**What it does:** Lets the Affiliate set up an automated testimonial collection sequence: a request for a review or testimonial sent to customers after a milestone (e.g., completing a course). The Affiliate configures the request and timing, and the platform collects the responses. This builds social proof for the Affiliate's promotion.

**Sub-features:**
- Create a testimonial collection sequence
- Configure the testimonial request
- Set the milestone trigger
- Request sent automatically
- Responses collected
- Sequence available on web and mobile
- Sequence event logging (created, collected)
- Audit logging of the testimonial collection sequence

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the testimonial collection.
2. Affiliate creates a testimonial collection sequence.
3. Affiliate configures the testimonial request.
4. Affiliate sets the milestone trigger.
5. The request is sent automatically.
6. The responses are collected.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the sequence events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The sequence is triggered on a milestone.
- The responses are collected automatically.
- Sequence events (created, collected) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The testimonial collection sequence is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 2.2 Sequence Management
**What it does:** Lets the Affiliate manage their auto-responder sequences: view all sequences, pause or resume a sequence, edit the messages, and delete a sequence. The Affiliate sees the status and performance of each sequence. This gives the Affiliate full control over their automation.

**Sub-features:**
- View all sequences
- Pause a sequence
- Resume a sequence
- Edit a sequence's messages
- Delete a sequence
- Sequence status and performance
- Management available on web and mobile
- Management event logging (paused, resumed, edited, deleted)
- Audit logging of the sequence management

3. Affiliate pauses a sequence.
4. Affiliate resumes a sequence.
5. Affiliate edits a sequence's messages.
6. Affiliate deletes a sequence.

### 2.3 Sequence Performance
**What it does:** Shows the Affiliate the performance of their auto-responder sequences: the number of messages sent, the open rate, the click rate, and the conversions attributed to each sequence. The Affiliate sees which sequences are most effective. This helps the Affiliate optimize their automation.

**Sub-features:**
- Messages sent per sequence
- Open rate per sequence
- Click rate per sequence

- Performance available on web and mobile
- Performance event logging (viewed)
