## 2. Funded Programs Overview

### 2.1 Funded Programs Summary
**What it does:** Shows the CSR a summary of all educational programs they fund: total programs, active programs, completed programs, and total funding committed. This is the first thing the CSR sees on login.

**Sub-features:**
- Total programs funded count
- Active, completed, and upcoming program counts
- Total funding committed amount
- Programs by category (academic, professional, scholarship)
- Quick link to each program's detail page
- Funded Programs Summary available on web and mobile
- funded programs summary event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of funded programs summary

**CSR User Journey:**
1. CSR navigates to Funded Programs Summary.
2. CSR reviews the funded programs summary details shown.
3. CSR performs the primary action for funded programs summary.
4. CSR confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. CSR opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- Total programs funded count.

**What it does:** Shows the health of each funded program: milestone progress, budget burn rate, and beneficiary engagement, with status indicators (on track, at risk, completed).

- Status indicators: on track, at risk, completed
- At-risk program alerts
- Program Health Indicators available on web and mobile
