## 4. Quick Actions & Dashboard Customization

### 4.1 Quick Actions
**What it does:** Provides the Affiliate with quick actions on the dashboard: copy referral link, download a marketing material, request a payout, and view a report. The Affiliate can perform these common tasks in one tap without navigating. This speeds up the Affiliate's daily workflow.

**Sub-features:**
- Quick action: copy referral link
- Quick action: download a marketing material
- Quick action: request a payout
- Quick action: view a report
- Quick actions shown on the dashboard
- Quick actions available on web and mobile
- Quick actions event logging (performed)
- Audit logging of the quick actions

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the dashboard.
2. The quick actions are shown.
3. Affiliate copies the referral link.
4. Affiliate downloads a marketing material.
5. Affiliate requests a payout.
6. Affiliate views a report.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the quick actions events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The quick actions are shown on the dashboard.
- Each quick action performs its task in one tap.
- Quick actions events (performed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The quick actions is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.2 Dashboard Widget Layout
**What it does:** Lets the Affiliate customize their dashboard layout: choose which widgets to show (sales, commission, referrals, reports) and arrange them. The Affiliate's layout is saved and restored on each visit. This lets the Affiliate see what matters most to them first.

**Sub-features:**
- Choose which widgets to show
- Arrange the widgets
- Layout saved per Affiliate
- Layout restored on each visit
- Reset to the default layout
- Layout available on web and mobile
- Layout event logging (changed, reset)
- Audit logging of the dashboard widget layout

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the dashboard.
2. Affiliate chooses which widgets to show.
3. Affiliate arranges the widgets.
4. The layout is saved.
5. The layout is restored on the next visit.
6. Affiliate can reset to the default layout.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the layout events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The widgets can be chosen and arranged.
- The layout is saved per Affiliate.
- The layout can be reset to the default.
- Layout events (changed, reset) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The dashboard widget layout is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.3 Dashboard Notifications Preview
**What it does:** Shows the Affiliate a preview of their most important notifications on the dashboard: new purchases, commission updates, and payout status. The Affiliate can see at a glance what needs their attention and tap through to the full notifications. This keeps the Affiliate informed without leaving the dashboard.

- Preview of important notifications
- New purchase notifications
- Commission update notifications
- Payout status notifications
- Tap through to the full notifications
- Unread indicator
- Preview available on web and mobile
- Preview event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the dashboard notifications preview

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the dashboard.
2. The notifications preview is shown.
3. The new purchase notifications are shown.
4. The commission update notifications are shown.
5. The payout status notifications are shown.
6. Affiliate taps through to the full notifications.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the preview events are recorded.

- The preview shows the most important notifications.
- An unread indicator is shown.
- Preview events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The dashboard notifications preview is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.
