## 7. Alerts

### 7.1 Milestone & Program Alerts
**What it does:** Notifies the CSR about program milestones reached, milestone delays, program completion, and at-risk program status changes.

**Sub-features:**
- Milestone reached notifications
- Milestone delay notifications
- Program completion notifications
- At-risk program alerts
- Alert history
- Milestone & Program Alerts available on web and mobile
- milestone & program alerts event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of milestone & program alerts

**CSR User Journey:**
1. CSR navigates to Milestone & Program Alerts.
2. CSR reviews the milestone & program alerts details shown.
3. CSR performs the primary action for milestone & program alerts.
4. CSR confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. CSR opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- Milestone reached notifications.
- Milestone delay notifications.
- Program completion notifications.
- At-risk program alerts.
- Alert history.

### 7.2 Impact Report Delivery
**What it does:** Delivers impact reports to the CSR on a schedule: monthly impact digest, quarterly deep-dive, and annual impact report, via in-app and email.

- Annual impact report
- In-app and email delivery
- Report delivery history
- Impact Report Delivery available on web and mobile
