## 3. Voice Note Management

### 3.1 Note Storage
**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the note storage so the voice notes are stored securely.

**Sub-features:**
- Storage enablement: the enablement of the note storage
- Storage capacity: the capacity of the storage
- Storage format: the format of the stored notes
- Storage status: the status of the storage
- Storage log: the log of the storage
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of note storage

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the note storage.
2. Enable the note storage and set the capacity.
3. Store a voice note.
4. Review the storage status and log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A storage enablement turns the note storage on.
- A storage capacity is the maximum size of the storage.
- A storage format is the audio format of the stored notes.
- A storage status reflects the state of the storage.
- A storage log records the storage actions.
- A note exceeding the capacity cannot be stored.
- Storage actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.2 Note Organization
**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the note organization so the voice notes are organized and searchable.

**Sub-features:**
- Note categorization: the categorization of the notes
- Note tagging: the tagging of the notes
- Note search: the search of the notes
- Note listing: the listing of the notes
- Note log: the log of the organization
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of note organization

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the note organization.
2. Categorize and tag the notes.
3. Search and list the notes.
4. Review the note log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A note categorization groups the notes.
- A note tagging labels the notes.
- A note search finds the notes.
- A note listing shows all notes.
- A note log records the organization actions.
- A note with no category is uncategorized.
- Organization actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.3 Note Playback
**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the note playback so the voice notes can be played.

**Sub-features:**
- Playback enablement: the enablement of the note playback
- Playback controls: the controls of the playback
- Playback status: the status of the playback
- Playback history: the history of the playbacks
- Playback log: the log of the playbacks
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of note playback

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the note playback.
2. Enable the note playback and set the controls.
3. Play a voice note.
4. Review the playback status and log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A playback enablement turns the note playback on.
- A playback control is a playback action (play, pause, seek).
- A playback status reflects the state of the playback.
- A playback history records the playbacks.
- A playback log records the playback actions.
- A playback without a note cannot be started.
- Playback actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.4 Note Retention
**What it does:** The Super Admin configures the note retention so the voice notes are retained for the configured period.

**Sub-features:**
- Retention enablement: the enablement of the note retention
- Retention period: the period of the retention
- Retention status: the status of the retention
- Retention expiry: the expiry of the retention
- Retention log: the log of the retentions
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of note retention

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the note retention.
2. Enable the note retention and set the period.
3. Save the retention settings.
4. Review the retention status and log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A retention enablement turns the note retention on.
- A retention period is the duration of the retention.
- A retention status reflects the state of the retention.
- A retention expiry is the end of the retention.
- A retention log records the retention actions.
- A note past the retention period is expired.
- Retention actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.5 Note Deletion
**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the note deletion so the voice notes can be deleted.

**Sub-features:**
- Deletion enablement: the enablement of the note deletion
- Deletion scope: the scope of the deletion
- Deletion confirmation: the confirmation of the deletion
- Deletion status: the status of the deletion
- Deletion log: the log of the deletions
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of note deletion

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the note deletion.
2. Enable the note deletion and set the scope.
3. Delete a voice note.
4. Review the deletion status and log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A deletion enablement turns the note deletion on.
- A deletion scope is the range of the deletion.
- A deletion confirmation is required before deletion.
- A deletion status reflects the state of the deletion.
- A deletion log records the deletion actions.
