### 7.1 Sponsorship Milestone Alerts
**What it does:** Notifies the sponsor about sponsorship milestones: sponsorship start, halfway point, completion, and scholarship disbursement events.

**Sub-features:**
- Sponsorship start notifications
- Halfway and completion notifications
- Scholarship disbursement notifications
- Milestone alert history
- Milestone alert settings
- Sponsorship Milestone Alerts available on web and mobile
- sponsorship milestone alerts event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of sponsorship milestone alerts

**Sponsor User Journey:**
1. Sponsor navigates to Sponsorship Milestone Alerts.
2. Sponsor reviews the sponsorship milestone alerts details shown.
3. Sponsor performs the primary action for sponsorship milestone alerts.
4. Sponsor confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. Sponsor opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**What it does:** Delivers periodic visibility reports and renewal reminders: monthly visibility digest, expiring sponsorship reminders, and renewal offer notifications.
