## 4. Study Room Analytics

### 4.1 Room Usage
**What it does:** The Super Admin reviews the room usage so the utilization of the study rooms is measured.

**Sub-features:**
- Usage count: the count of the room usage
- Usage rate: the rate of the room usage
- Per-room breakdown: the usage per room
- Usage by subject: the usage per subject
- Usage trend: the usage over time
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of room usage

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the room usage analytics.
2. Review the usage count and rate.
3. Check the per-room breakdown and by subject.
4. Export the report.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A usage count is the number of room sessions.
- A usage rate is the usage over the total rooms.
- A per-room breakdown separates the usage per room.
- A usage by subject separates the usage per subject.
- A usage trend shows the change over time.
- A report is exportable in CSV.
- Report generation is audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 4.2 Session Engagement
**What it does:** The Super Admin reviews the session engagement so the participation in the study sessions is measured.

**Sub-features:**
- Engagement count: the count of the engaged learners
- Engagement rate: the rate of the engagement
- Per-session breakdown: the engagement per session
- Engagement duration: the duration of the engagement
- Engagement trend: the engagement over time
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of session engagement

2. Review the engagement count and rate.
3. Check the per-session breakdown and duration.

- Effectiveness by goal: the effectiveness per goal

2. Set the export format and scope.
3. Schedule the export.
4. Review the export history and log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- An export format is the file format (CSV).
- An export scope defines the range of the export.
- An export schedule repeats the export.
- An export history stores the past exports.
- An export log records the exports.
- An export with no data produces an empty file.
- Export actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.
