## 2. Program & User Overview

### 2.1 Program Overview
**What it does:** Shows the organization a summary of all its educational programs: total programs, active programs, enrolled users per program, and program completion rates.

**Sub-features:**
- Total programs count
- Active and completed program counts
- Enrolled users per program
- Program completion rates
- Quick link to each program's detail page
- Program Overview available on web and mobile
- program overview event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of program overview

**Organization User Journey:**
1. Organization navigates to Program Overview.
2. Organization reviews the program overview details shown.
3. Organization performs the primary action for program overview.
4. Organization confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. Organization opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- Total programs count.
- Active and completed program counts.
- Enrolled users per program.
- Program completion rates.

**What it does:** Shows the organization its enrolled user base: total users, active users, new enrollments, and users by department and group.
