## 4. Institute Account & Admin Users

### 4.1 Institute Profile Management
**What it does:** Lets the Training Institute manage the institute profile: the organization name, logo, contact details, and billing address. The Institute edits the profile and saves the changes, which are reflected across the portal and on student-facing pages. This keeps the institute's identity current.

**Sub-features:**
- Institute profile view
- Edit organization name and logo
- Edit contact details
- Edit billing address
- Changes reflected across the portal
- Profile available on web and mobile
- Profile event logging (updated)
- Audit logging of the institute profile management

**Training Institute User Journey:**
1. Training Institute opens the institute profile.
2. The institute profile is shown.
3. Training Institute edits the organization name and logo.
4. Training Institute edits the contact details.
5. Training Institute edits the billing address.
6. The changes are reflected across the portal.
7. Training Institute opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the profile events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The changes are reflected across the portal and student-facing pages.
- The organization name and logo are editable.
- Profile events (updated) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The institute profile management is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.2 Admin User Management
**What it does:** Lets the Training Institute manage the institute's admin users: invite new admins, assign roles, and deactivate admins. The Institute sees the list of admins with their roles and last activity. This lets the institute control who can manage the portal.

- Admin users list
- Invite a new admin
- Assign an admin role
- Deactivate an admin

- Management available on web and mobile
- Management event logging (invited, role changed, deactivated)
- Audit logging of the admin user management

**Training Institute User Journey:**
1. Training Institute opens the admin user management.
2. The admin users list is shown.
3. Training Institute invites a new admin.
4. Training Institute assigns an admin role.
5. Training Institute deactivates an admin.
6. The admin roles and last activity are shown.
7. Training Institute opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the management events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A deactivated admin loses portal access immediately.
- The last admin cannot be deactivated.
- Management events (invited, role changed, deactivated) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The admin user management is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.3 Account Settings & Preferences
**What it does:** Lets the Training Institute manage the account settings: the portal language, time zone, and default currency. The Institute changes the settings and they apply across the portal. This personalizes the institute's experience.
