## 3. Simulation Scheduling

### 3.1 Schedule Creation
**What it does:** The Super Admin creates the simulation schedules so the simulations are scheduled.

**Sub-features:**
- Schedule enablement: the enablement of the schedule creation
- Schedule date: the date of the schedule
- Schedule time: the time of the schedule
- Schedule status: the status of the schedule
- Schedule log: the log of the schedules
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of schedule creation

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the schedule creation.
2. Enable the schedule creation and set the date.
3. Configure the schedule time.
4. Review the schedule status and log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A schedule enablement turns the schedule creation on.
- A schedule date is the date of the simulation.
- A schedule time is the time of the simulation.
- A schedule status reflects the state of the schedule.
- A schedule log records the schedule actions.
- A schedule without a date cannot be created.
- Schedule actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.2 Schedule Assignment
**What it does:** The Super Admin assigns the simulation schedules so the learners are assigned to the simulations.

**Sub-features:**
- Assignment enablement: the enablement of the schedule assignment
- Assignment scope: the scope of the assignment
- Assignment status: the status of the assignment
- Assignment log: the log of the assignments
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of schedule assignment

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the schedule assignment.
2. Enable the schedule assignment and set the scope.
3. Assign the schedule to learners.
4. Review the assignment status and log.

- An assignment scope is the range of the assignment.
- An assignment status reflects the state of the assignment.

- An assignment without a schedule cannot be made.

**What it does:** The Super Admin configures the schedule reminders so the learners are reminded of the simulations.

- Reminder enablement: the enablement of the schedule reminders
- Reminder timing: the timing of the reminders
- Reminder channel: the channel of the reminders
- Reminder status: the status of the reminders
- Reminder log: the log of the reminders
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of schedule reminders

3. Configure the reminder channel.

- Status breakdown: the breakdown of the status
- Status log: the log of the status
- Available on web
