## 1. Shared Goal Setting

### 1.1 Set Shared Study Goals
**What it does:** Lets the Parent and the child set shared study goals: a target score, a completion milestone, or a study habit goal. The Parent proposes a goal, the child agrees to it, and the goal is tracked for both. This aligns the Parent and the child on the child's learning objectives.

**Sub-features:**
- Propose a study goal
- Child agrees to the goal
- Goal types (score, completion, habit)
- Goal with a target and deadline
- Goal tracked for both Parent and child
- Goal list for the child
- Goals available on web and mobile
- Goal event logging (proposed, agreed, tracked)
- Audit logging of the set shared study goals

**Parent User Journey:**
1. Parent opens the shared goals section.
2. Parent proposes a study goal (score 85% in Math).
3. The child agrees to the goal.
4. The goal has a target and deadline.
5. The goal is tracked for both the Parent and the child.
6. The goal appears in the goal list.
7. Parent opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the goal events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The goal is proposed by the Parent and agreed by the child.
- The goal has a target and deadline.
- The goal is tracked for both the Parent and the child.
- Goal events (proposed, agreed, tracked) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The set shared study goals is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 1.2 Collaborative Goal Tracking
**What it does:** Shows the Parent and the child the progress toward the shared goals. Both see the current progress, the remaining effort, and the time left. The progress updates as the child works toward the goal. This keeps the Parent and the child aligned on the goal's status.

**Sub-features:**
- Progress toward the shared goal
- Current progress and remaining effort
- Time left to the deadline
- Progress updates as the child works
- Progress visible to both Parent and child
- Tracking available on web and mobile
- Tracking event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the collaborative goal tracking

**Parent User Journey:**

3. The current progress and remaining effort are shown.
4. The time left to the deadline is shown.
5. The progress updates as the child works.
6. The progress is visible to both the Parent and the child.
7. Parent opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the tracking events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The progress is toward the shared goal.
- The progress updates as the child works.
- The progress is visible to both the Parent and the child.
- Tracking events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The collaborative goal tracking is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 1.3 Goal Review and Adjustment
**What it does:** Lets the Parent and the child review the shared goals periodically and adjust them: a goal that is too easy or too hard, a deadline that needs moving. The review is a collaborative conversation, and the adjustments are recorded. This keeps the goals realistic and motivating.

**Sub-features:**
- Periodic goal review

6. The adjustment appears in the review history.
7. Parent opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the review events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
