## 3. Celebrating Achievements

### 3.1 Celebrate Milestones Together
**What it does:** Lets the Parent and the child celebrate the child's milestones together: a course completion, a high score, or a streak achievement. The Parent can send a celebration (a congratulation with a message), and the child sees it with a celebratory presentation. This reinforces the child's effort through shared recognition.

**Sub-features:**
- Send a celebration for a milestone
- Celebration with a personal message
- Celebratory presentation to the child
- Celebration types (course, score, streak)
- Celebration history
- Celebrations visible to both Parent and child
- Celebration event logging (sent, viewed)
- Audit logging of the celebrate milestones together

**Parent User Journey:**
1. The child completes a course; the Parent is prompted to celebrate.
2. Parent sends a celebration with a personal message.
3. The child sees the celebration with a celebratory presentation.
4. The celebration appears in the celebration history.
5. The celebration is visible to both the Parent and the child.
6. Parent celebrates on the mobile app.
7. Parent opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the celebration events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The celebration is for a milestone.
- The celebration includes a personal message.
- The celebration is visible to both the Parent and the child.
- Celebration events (sent, viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The celebrate milestones together is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 3.2 Achievement Showcase
**What it does:** Provides a showcase of the child's achievements: badges earned, milestones reached, and records set. The Parent and the child can view the showcase together, and the Parent can highlight a favorite achievement. This gives the child a visible record of their accomplishments.

- Showcase of the child's achievements
- Badges earned

- Showcase event logging (viewed, highlighted)
- Audit logging of the achievement showcase

**Parent User Journey:**
1. Parent opens the achievement showcase.
2. The child's badges earned are shown.
3. The milestones reached are listed.
4. The records set are displayed.
5. Parent highlights a favorite achievement.
6. The showcase is visible to both the Parent and the child.
7. Parent opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the showcase events are recorded.

- The showcase includes badges, milestones, and records.
- A favorite achievement can be highlighted.
- The showcase is visible to both the Parent and the child.
- Showcase events (viewed, highlighted) are logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 3.3 Share Achievements
**What it does:** Lets the Parent share the child's achievements: within the platform (with the teacher) or as a shareable summary. The Parent selects the achievement and the audience, and the share is sent. The child is informed of the share. This lets the Parent recognize the child's effort with the right people.

- Share an achievement with the teacher

**Parent User Journey:**
1. Parent opens the achievement showcase.
2. Parent selects an achievement to share.
3. Parent selects the audience (the teacher).
4. The share is sent.
5. A share confirmation is shown.
6. The child is informed of the share.
7. Parent opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the share events are recorded.
