## 3. Program Setup

### 3.1 Create & Manage Programs
**What it does:** Lets the organization create and manage educational programs: define the program, select courses, set duration, and assign target groups.

**Sub-features:**
- Create a program with name, objective, and duration
- Select courses for the program
- Assign target departments and groups
- Edit and archive programs
- Program detail and status view
- Create & Manage Programs available on web and mobile
- create & manage programs event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of create & manage programs

**Organization User Journey:**
1. Organization navigates to Create & Manage Programs.
2. Organization reviews the create & manage programs details shown.
3. Organization performs the primary action for create & manage programs.
4. Organization confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. Organization opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- Create a program with name, objective, and duration.
- Select courses for the program.
- Assign target departments and groups.

**What it does:** Lets the organization assign curricula to programs: select courses, modules, and assessments, and set the learning path order for the program.

- Assign courses and modules to a program
- Set learning path order
- Assign assessments to program stages
- Curriculum version per program
- Curriculum change history
- Curriculum Assignment available on web and mobile
- curriculum assignment event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of curriculum assignment
