## 1. Organization Profile

### 1.1 CSR Organization Profile
**What it does:** Holds the CSR company's profile: company details, CSR mandate, funding categories of interest, and approved bank/payment details. This profile appears on funding agreements and impact reports.

**Sub-features:**
- Company name, logo, and registration details
- CSR mandate and funding categories of interest
- Approved payment and bank details
- Primary contact and alternate contacts
- Profile edit with change history
- CSR Organization Profile available on web and mobile
- csr organization profile event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of csr organization profile

**CSR User Journey:**
1. CSR navigates to CSR Organization Profile.
2. CSR reviews the csr organization profile details shown.
3. CSR performs the primary action for csr organization profile.
4. CSR confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. CSR opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**What it does:** Lets the primary CSR contact add and manage team members who can access the CSR account with role-based permissions (admin, finance, program manager).

- Role assignment: admin, finance, program manager
- Role-based access to funding, billing, and reporting
- Invite via email with acceptance link
- Deactivate team member access
- CSR Team Members available on web and mobile
- csr team members event logging (viewed)
