## 1. Referred Customers & Renewals

### 1.1 View All Referred Customers
**What it does:** Shows the Affiliate a list of all the customers they have referred: the customer, the course, the referral date, and the status. The Affiliate can search, filter, and view the details of each referred customer. This gives the Affiliate a complete view of their referral book.

**Sub-features:**
- List of all referred customers
- Customer, course, referral date, and status per entry
- Search referred customers
- Filter by course or status
- View a referred customer's details
- Referred customers available on web and mobile
- Customers event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the view all referred customers

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the referred customers.
2. The list of all referred customers is shown.
3. Affiliate searches referred customers.
4. Affiliate filters by course or status.
5. Affiliate views a referred customer's details.
6. Each entry shows the customer, course, date, and status.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the customers events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The list shows all referred customers.
- The list can be searched and filtered.
- Customers events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The view all referred customers is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 1.2 Track Subscription Renewals from Referrals
**What it does:** Shows the Affiliate the subscription renewals of their referred customers: which customers renewed, the renewal date, and the recurring commission. The Affiliate sees the ongoing value of their referrals. This highlights the long-term earnings from their referral book.

**Sub-features:**
- List of referred customer renewals
- Renewal date per renewal
- Recurring commission per renewal
- Renewal status (renewed, lapsed)
- Renewals by period
- Renewals available on web and mobile
- Renewals event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the track subscription renewals from referrals

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the renewals view.
2. The list of referred customer renewals is shown.
3. The renewal date is shown per renewal.
4. The recurring commission is shown per renewal.
5. The renewal status is shown.
6. The renewals are shown by period.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the renewals events are recorded.

### 1.3 Referred Customer Activity
**What it does:** Shows the Affiliate the recent activity of their referred customers: course progress, engagement, and status changes. The Affiliate can see how their referrals are doing on the platform. This helps the Affiliate stay informed and re-engage lapsed referrals.

- Recent activity per referred customer
- Course progress per referred customer
- Engagement per referred customer
- Status changes per referred customer
- Activity feed
- Activity available on web and mobile
- Activity event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the referred customer activity

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the referred customer activity.
2. The recent activity per referred customer is shown.

6. The activity feed is displayed.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the activity events are recorded.
