## 2. Student Activity & Performance

### 2.1 Recent Student Activity
**What it does:** Shows the Training Institute the recent student activity: the latest logins, course completions, and assessment submissions across the institute's students. The Institute sees the activity feed and can filter by student or course. This gives the Institute a live view of what its students are doing.

**Sub-features:**
- Recent student activity feed
- Latest logins shown
- Course completions shown
- Assessment submissions shown
- Filter by student or course
- Activity with timestamps
- Activity available on web and mobile
- Activity event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the recent student activity

**Training Institute User Journey:**
1. Training Institute opens the student activity.
2. The recent student activity feed is shown.
3. The latest logins are shown.
4. The course completions are shown.
5. The assessment submissions are shown.
6. Training Institute filters by student or course.
7. Training Institute opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the activity events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The activity is shown with timestamps.
- The activity is filterable by student or course.
- Activity events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The recent student activity is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 2.2 Student Performance Summary
**What it does:** Shows the Training Institute a summary of student performance: the average assessment scores, the completion rates, and the top-performing students. The Institute sees the summary and can drill into individual students. This gives the Institute a view of how its students are performing.

- Average assessment scores
- Completion rates
- Top-performing students
- Performance by course
- Drill into individual students
- Summary available on web and mobile
- Summary event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the student performance summary

**Training Institute User Journey:**
1. Training Institute opens the student performance summary.
2. The average assessment scores are shown.
3. The completion rates are shown.
4. The top-performing students are shown.
5. The performance by course is shown.
6. Training Institute drills into individual students.
7. Training Institute opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the summary events are recorded.

### 2.3 At-Risk Student Alerts
**What it does:** Shows the Training Institute the at-risk students: students with low engagement, failing assessments, or inactivity beyond a threshold. The Institute sees the at-risk list with the reason and can take action. This helps the Institute intervene before students drop off.

**Sub-features:**
- At-risk student list
- Reason for at-risk status
- Low engagement flag
- Failing assessment flag
- Inactivity beyond threshold flag
- Take action from the list
- Alerts available on web and mobile
- Alerts event logging (viewed, action taken)
