## 4. Data Export & Scheduled Analytics

### 4.1 Analytics Data Export
**What it does:** Lets the Training Institute export analytics data: the Institute selects the dataset, the date range, and the format, and downloads the export. The export includes only the data the Institute is entitled to. This supports the Institute's own analysis tools.

**Sub-features:**
- Analytics data export
- Select the dataset
- Set the date range
- Select the export format
- Export downloaded
- Export includes only entitled data
- Export available on web and mobile
- Export event logging (exported)
- Audit logging of the analytics data export

**Training Institute User Journey:**
1. Training Institute opens the analytics data export.
2. Training Institute selects the dataset.
3. Training Institute sets the date range.
4. Training Institute selects the export format.
5. The export is downloaded.
6. The export includes only the entitled data.
7. Training Institute opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the export events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The export includes only the data the Institute is entitled to.
- The export is limited to the selected date range.
- Export events (exported) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The analytics data export is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.2 Scheduled Analytics Delivery
**What it does:** Lets the Training Institute schedule analytics delivery: the Institute selects a report or dashboard, the frequency, and the recipients, and the platform delivers it by email on schedule. The Institute sees the scheduled deliveries and can pause or cancel them. This keeps stakeholders informed automatically.

- Schedule analytics delivery

5. The delivery is by email on schedule.
6. The scheduled deliveries list is shown.
7. Training Institute opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the scheduling events are recorded.

- A scheduled delivery can be paused or cancelled.

### 4.3 Benchmark & Industry Comparison
**What it does:** Shows the Training Institute benchmark comparisons: the Institute's key metrics compared against anonymized industry averages for similar institutes. The Institute sees where it stands on enrollment, retention, and completion. This provides external context for the Institute's performance.
