## 2. Course Performance Analytics

### 2.1 Course Completion Analytics
**What it does:** Shows the Training Institute the course completion analytics: the completion rate per course, the average time to complete, the drop-off points, and the completion trend. The Institute views the analytics per course or across all courses. This identifies which courses students finish and where they struggle.

**Sub-features:**
- Course completion analytics
- Completion rate per course
- Average time to complete
- Drop-off points shown
- Completion trend shown
- Per course or all courses
- Analytics available on web and mobile
- Analytics event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the course completion analytics

**Training Institute User Journey:**
1. Training Institute opens the course completion analytics.
2. The course completion analytics are shown.
3. The completion rate per course is shown.
4. The average time to complete is shown.
5. The drop-off points are shown.
6. Training Institute views per course or all courses.
7. Training Institute opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the analytics events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The drop-off points are the lessons with the highest exit rate.
- The completion rate is completions over enrollments.
- Analytics events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The course completion analytics is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 2.2 Assessment Performance Analytics
**What it does:** Shows the Training Institute the assessment performance analytics: the average score per assessment, the score distribution, the pass rate, and the most-missed questions. The Institute views the analytics per assessment or across the course. This measures student mastery in detail.

### 2.3 Course Comparison
**What it does:** Lets the Training Institute compare courses: the Institute selects two or more courses and sees their completion rates, average scores, and enrollment side by side. The Institute can export the comparison. This helps the Institute evaluate its course portfolio.
