## 3. White-Label Content

### 3.1 Branded Course Landing Pages
**What it does:** The Super Admin configures branded course landing pages so the institute's courses are presented on the institute's branded domain.

**Sub-features:**
- Landing page template: the template for the branded course landing page
- Landing page branding: the logo, colors, and fonts applied to the page
- Landing page content: the course description and call to action customized per institute
- Landing page URL: the branded URL for the course landing page
- Landing page preview: the preview of the branded landing page
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of branded course landing pages

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the branded course landing page configuration.
2. Select the landing page template and apply the institute branding.
3. Customize the course description and call to action.
4. Preview the branded landing page and save.
5. Verify the page is served on the institute's branded domain.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A landing page template must be selected before customization.
- A landing page branding applies the institute logo, colors, and fonts.
- A landing page content is rendered with the course and institute details.
- A landing page URL is derived from the institute's custom domain.
- A landing page preview reflects the current branding before publishing.
- A landing page with no custom domain uses the platform domain.
- Configuration changes are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.2 Branded Certificate Templates
**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the branded certificate templates so certificates carry the institute's design and branding.

**Sub-features:**
- Template creation: the creation of a branded certificate template
- Template design: the design elements (layout, logo, colors, text)
- Template assignment: the assignment of a template to courses
- Template enablement: the template toggled active or inactive
- Template gallery: the gallery of available certificate templates
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of branded certificate templates

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the branded certificate template management.
2. Create a new template and design the layout, logo, colors, and text.
3. Assign the template to courses.
4. Activate the template and verify it appears in the gallery.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A template creation requires a layout, logo, and issuer name.
- A template design is previewed before saving.
- A template assignment applies the template to the selected courses.
- A template enablement controls whether it can be used for issuance.
- A template gallery lists the active templates.
- A template in use cannot be deleted; it must be unassigned first.
- Template actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.3 Branded Email and Notification Content
**What it does:** The Super Admin customizes the email and notification content so all communications carry the institute's voice and branding.

**Sub-features:**
- Email content customization: the email body customized per event
- Notification content: the push and in-app notification text customized
- Branding in content: the logo and colors embedded in the content
- Content variables: the dynamic variables (learner name, course, date)
- Content preview: the preview of the branded content
- Available on web

- Audit logging of branded email and notification content

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the branded content configuration.
2. Customize the email body per event.
3. Set the notification text and embed the branding.
4. Define the content variables and preview the content.
5. Save and verify the communications carry the institute's branding.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- An email content is customized per event type.
- A notification content is limited to the platform's character limit.
- A branding in content embeds the institute logo and colors.
- A content variable is replaced with the learner's or course's value at send time.
- A content preview renders the variables with sample values.
- A content with an unresolved variable shows the variable placeholder.
- Configuration changes are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.4 White-Label Scope per Institute
**What it does:** The Super Admin defines the white-label scope per institute so each institute's branding is isolated and correctly applied.

**Sub-features:**
- Scope definition: the definition of what is white-labeled per institute
- Scope isolation: the isolation of branding between institutes
- Scope inheritance: the inheritance of platform defaults where not overridden
- Scope override: the override of a specific element per institute
- Scope audit: the audit of the white-label scope per institute
- Available on web

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the white-label scope configuration.
2. Define the scope elements per institute.
3. Verify the isolation between institutes.
