## 4. Branding Analytics

### 4.1 Branded Page Engagement
**What it does:** The Super Admin reviews the engagement on the branded pages so the institute's branded experience is measured.

**Sub-features:**
- Page views: the views of the branded landing pages
- Engagement rate: the engagement on the branded pages
- Conversion: the sign-ups and enrollments from the branded pages
- Per-institute breakdown: the engagement per institute
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of branded page engagement

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the branded page engagement analytics.
2. Review the page views and engagement rate.
3. Check the conversion per institute.
4. Export the report.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A page view is counted when a branded page is loaded.
- An engagement rate is the interactions over the views.
- A conversion is a sign-up or enrollment from a branded page.
- A per-institute breakdown separates the engagement by institute.
- A report is exportable in CSV.
- A report reflects the selected date range.
- Report generation is audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 4.2 Certificate Issuance Tracking
**What it does:** The Super Admin tracks the issuance of branded certificates so the institute's certificate activity is measured.

**Sub-features:**
- Issuance count: the number of certificates issued
- Per-template breakdown: the issuance per certificate template
- Per-institute breakdown: the issuance per institute
- Issuance trend: the issuance over time
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of certificate issuance tracking

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the certificate issuance tracking.
2. Review the issuance count and per-template breakdown.
3. Check the per-institute breakdown and trend.
4. Export the report.

- An issuance count is the number of certificates issued.
- A per-template breakdown separates the issuance by template.
- A per-institute breakdown separates the issuance by institute.
- An issuance trend shows the issuance over time.

### 4.3 Email Template Performance
**What it does:** The Super Admin reviews the performance of the branded email templates so the institute's email engagement is measured.

**Sub-features:**
- Send count: the number of emails sent per template
- Open rate: the open rate per template
- Click rate: the click rate per template
- Per-institute breakdown: the performance per institute
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of email template performance

**What it does:** The Super Admin reviews the white-label adoption across institutes so the platform's white-label uptake is measured.

- Adoption count: the number of institutes using white-label
- Feature adoption: the white-label features used per institute
- Adoption trend: the adoption over time
- Non-adoption list: the institutes not using white-label
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of white-label adoption report

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the white-label adoption report.
2. Review the adoption count and feature adoption.
3. Check the adoption trend and non-adoption list.
4. Export the report.
