## 1. Audio Note Configuration

### 1.1 Note Recording
**What it does:** The Super Admin configures the note recording so learners can record voice notes during video lessons.

**Sub-features:**
- Recording enablement: the enablement of the note recording
- Recording format: the format of the recording
- Recording quality: the quality of the recording
- Recording limit: the limit of the recording
- Recording log: the log of the recordings
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of note recording

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the note recording.
2. Enable the note recording and set the format.
3. Set the quality and limit.
4. Review the recording log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A recording enablement turns the note recording on.
- A recording format is the audio format (MP3, WAV).
- A recording quality is the audio quality.
- A recording limit is the max length of the recording.
- A recording log records the recordings.
- A recording exceeding the limit is truncated.
- Recording actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 1.2 Auto-Transcription
**What it does:** The Super Admin configures the auto-transcription so the voice notes are transcribed automatically.

**Sub-features:**
- Transcription enablement: the enablement of the auto-transcription
- Transcription language: the language of the transcription
- Transcription accuracy: the accuracy of the transcription
- Transcription status: the status of the transcription (pending, complete)
- Transcription log: the log of the transcriptions
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of auto-transcription

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the auto-transcription.
2. Enable the auto-transcription and set the language.
3. Save the transcription settings.
4. Review the transcription status and log.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A transcription enablement turns the auto-transcription on.
- A transcription language is the language of the notes.
- A transcription accuracy is the correctness of the transcription.
- A transcription status reflects the state (pending, complete).
- A transcription log records the transcriptions.
- A transcription without a recording cannot be created.
- Transcription actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 1.3 Timestamp Linking
**What it does:** The Super Admin enables the timestamp linking so the notes are linked to specific video timestamps.

**Sub-features:**
- Link creation: the creation of a timestamp link
- Link target: the target of the link (video timestamp)
- Link status: the status of the link (linked, unlinked)
- Link navigation: the navigation from the note to the timestamp
- Link log: the log of the links
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of timestamp linking

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the timestamp linking.
2. Create a timestamp link for a note.
3. Set the link target.
4. Navigate from the note to the timestamp.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A link creation connects a note to a video timestamp.
- A link target is the video timestamp.
- A link status reflects the state (linked, unlinked).
- A link navigation jumps to the timestamp.
- A link log records the links.
- A link without a video cannot be created.
- Link actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 1.4 Flashcard Conversion
**What it does:** The Super Admin enables the flashcard conversion so the notes can be converted to flashcards.

**Sub-features:**
- Conversion enablement: the enablement of the flashcard conversion
- Conversion format: the format of the flashcards
- Conversion status: the status of the conversion (pending, complete)
- Flashcard set: the set of the converted flashcards
- Conversion log: the log of the conversions
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of flashcard conversion

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the flashcard conversion.
2. Enable the flashcard conversion and set the format.
3. Convert a note to flashcards.
4. Review the flashcard set and log.

- A conversion enablement turns the flashcard conversion on.
- A conversion format is the structure of the flashcards.
- A conversion status reflects the state (pending, complete).
- A flashcard set is the group of converted flashcards.
- A conversion log records the conversions.

### 1.5 Note Sharing
**What it does:** The Super Admin enables the note sharing so the audio notes can be shared with a study group.

**Sub-features:**
- Sharing enablement: the enablement of the note sharing
- Sharing scope: the scope of the sharing (study group)
- Sharing permissions: the permissions of the sharing
- Sharing status: the status of the sharing (shared, unshared)
- Sharing log: the log of the sharings
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of note sharing

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the note sharing.
2. Enable the note sharing and set the scope.
3. Set the sharing permissions.
4. Review the sharing status and log.
