## 2. Subject Resource Library

### 2.1 Formula Sheets, Cheat Sheets, and Reference Guides
**What it does:** Maintains the subject's quick-reference resources: the formula sheets, the cheat sheets, and the reference guides for a subject. The Super Administrator curates these so a learner has the subject's essential references (the formulas, the key facts, the structured guidance) in a single, organized place, available for quick consultation during study.

**Sub-features:**
- Formula sheets: the subject's formulas organized for quick reference
- Cheat sheets: the concise summaries of the subject's key points
- Reference guides: the structured guidance for the subject's topics
- Subject organization: the resources organized under the subject
- Curation: the resources checked for accuracy and completeness
- Download: the resources downloadable (per the platform's download policy)
- Audit logging of resource curation

**Super Administrator User Journey:**
1. For a subject, Super Admin curates the formula sheet: the subject's formulas organized for quick reference (grouped by topic).
2. Creates the cheat sheet: a concise summary of the subject's key points (the essentials at a glance).
3. Adds the reference guides: the structured guidance for the subject's topics (the how-to, the approach).
4. Organizes the resources under the subject, so a learner finds the subject's references in one place.
5. Cures the resources: checks them for accuracy (a wrong formula is corrected) and completeness (a missing formula is added).
6. Confirms the download: the resources are downloadable per the platform's download policy (the entitlement and cap apply).
7. A learner consults the formula sheet/cheat sheet during study (the quick reference) and the reference guide for the structured approach.
8. The resource curation is audit-logged with the subject, the resources, and the timestamp.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The formula sheets, cheat sheets, and reference guides are the subject's quick-reference resources; they are organized under the subject.
- The resources are curated for accuracy and completeness; a wrong or missing item is corrected/added.
- The download is governed by the platform's download policy (entitlement, cap).
- The resources are per subject; they are the subject's references, not generic.
- A formula sheet is a reference (the formulas), not a derivation (the how); the reference guide covers the approach.
- Resource curation is audit-logged with the subject, resources, and timestamp.

### 2.2 Case Studies, Real-World Applications, and Research Papers
**What it does:** Provides the subject's applied and advanced resources: the case studies and real-world applications (how the subject's concepts are used in practice) and the research papers (for the advanced courses). The Super Administrator curates these so a learner sees the subject's practical relevance and, for the advanced courses, has access to the underlying research.

**Sub-features:**
- Case studies: the worked cases showing the subject's concepts in practice
- Real-world applications: the practical applications of the subject's concepts
- Research papers: the papers for the advanced courses (the underlying research)
- Curation: the resources checked for relevance and quality
- Advanced scoping: the research papers scoped to the advanced courses
- Download: the resources downloadable (per the platform's download policy)
- Audit logging of resource curation

**Super Administrator User Journey:**
1. For a subject, Super Admin curates the case studies: the worked cases showing the subject's concepts applied in practice.
2. Adds the real-world applications: the practical uses of the subject's concepts (the connection to the real world).
3. For the advanced courses, adds the research papers: the underlying research the advanced material is based on.
4. Cures the resources: checks them for relevance (they match the subject) and quality (they are credible, current).
5. Scopes the research papers to the advanced courses: they are available for the advanced learners, not the introductory ones.
6. Confirms the download: the resources are downloadable per the platform's download policy (the entitlement and cap apply).
7. A learner studies the case study (the concept in practice) and, for the advanced course, reads the research paper (the underlying research).
8. The resource curation is audit-logged with the subject, the resources, and the timestamp.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The case studies and real-world applications show the subject's practical relevance; they connect the concepts to practice.
- The research papers are scoped to the advanced courses; they are not for the introductory learners.
- The resources are curated for relevance and quality; an irrelevant or low-quality item is not attached.
- The download is governed by the platform's download policy (entitlement, cap).
- A case study is a worked case (the concept applied), not a hypothetical; it is concrete.
- Resource curation is audit-logged with the subject, resources, and timestamp.

### 2.3 Multimedia Resources (Infographics, Diagrams)
**What it does:** Provides the subject's multimedia resources: the infographics and diagrams that visualize the subject's concepts. The Super Administrator curates these so a learner has the visual representations of the subject's material (the concepts shown, not just described), supporting the visual learners and clarifying the complex concepts.

**Sub-features:**
- Infographics: the visual summaries of the subject's concepts
- Diagrams: the visual representations of the subject's structures/processes
- Curation: the resources checked for accuracy and clarity
- Subject organization: the resources organized under the subject
- Visibility: the resources shown in the subject's context
- Update: the resources updated when the subject's content changes
- Audit logging of resource curation

**Super Administrator User Journey:**
1. For a subject, Super Admin curates the infographics: the visual summaries of the subject's concepts (the key ideas shown).
2. Adds the diagrams: the visual representations of the subject's structures/processes (the how-it-works shown).
3. Cures the resources: checks them for accuracy (a diagram that misrepresents the concept is corrected) and clarity (a cluttered infographic is simplified).
4. Organizes the resources under the subject, so a learner finds the subject's visuals in the subject's context.
5. Confirms the visibility: the resources are shown in the subject's context (the learner sees them where the concept is taught).
6. For a subject whose content changes (a concept revised), Super Admin updates the infographic/diagram to match; the change is recorded.
7. A learner studies the infographic (the concept visualized) and the diagram (the structure/process shown); the visuals clarify the material.
8. The resource curation is audit-logged with the subject, the resources, and the timestamp.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The infographics and diagrams are the subject's visual resources; they show the concepts, not just describe them.
- The resources are curated for accuracy and clarity; a misleading or cluttered visual is corrected/simplified.
- The resources are organized under the subject; they are in the subject's context.
- A content change (a concept revised) triggers a visual update; the visual matches the current content.
- A diagram is a representation (the structure/process), not a decoration; it conveys the concept.
- Resource curation is audit-logged with the subject, resources, and timestamp.
