## 1. Per-Video Resources

### 1.1 Downloadable PDF Notes and Key Concepts Summary
**What it does:** Attaches downloadable PDF notes and a key-concepts summary to each video: the Super Administrator provides the supporting written material for a video — the full notes as a downloadable PDF and a concise summary of the key concepts — so a learner can review the video's material in text form, offline, and at a glance. The resources complement the video (they are the written counterpart, not a replacement).

**Sub-features:**
- PDF notes: the video's notes as a downloadable PDF
- Key concepts summary: a concise summary of the video's key concepts
- Download: the notes/summary downloadable (per the platform's download policy)
- Attachment to the video: the resources attached to the specific video
- Visibility: the resources shown on the video's page (where the learner is)
- Update: the notes/summary updated when the video content changes
- Audit logging of resource attachment/update

**Super Administrator User Journey:**
1. For a video, Super Admin attaches the PDF notes: the video's written notes, as a downloadable PDF.
2. Attaches the key-concepts summary: a concise summary of the video's key concepts (the takeaways at a glance).
3. Confirms the download: the notes/summary are downloadable per the platform's download policy (the entitlement and cap apply).
4. Saves; the resources appear on the video's page, and an entitled learner can download them.
5. A learner downloads the PDF notes and reviews the key-concepts summary alongside (or after) the video; the written material reinforces the video.
6. For a video whose content is updated (a re-cut), Super Admin updates the notes/summary to match the new content; the change is recorded.
7. Reviews the resource coverage: the videos with their notes/summary, so a video missing its written material is a visible gap.
8. The resource attachment/update is audit-logged with the video, the resources, and the timestamp.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The PDF notes and key-concepts summary are the video's written counterpart; they complement the video, not replace it.
- The download is governed by the platform's download policy (entitlement, cap); the attachment does not override the policy.
- The resources are attached to the specific video; they are per-video, not generic.
- A content update (a re-cut) triggers a notes/summary update; the written material matches the current video.
- A video missing its notes/summary is a visible gap; it is not a silent omission.
- Resource attachment/update is audit-logged with the video, resources, and timestamp.

### 1.2 Additional Reading Materials and External Links
**What it does:** Provides the additional reading materials and external links for a video: the Super Administrator attaches the supplementary reading (articles, documents) and the external links to relevant articles/videos, so a learner who wants to go deeper has curated, relevant material beyond the core video. The external links extend the learning to trusted outside sources.

**Sub-features:**
- Additional reading: the supplementary reading materials (articles, documents) attached to the video
- External links: the links to relevant articles/videos (trusted outside sources)
- Curation: the reading/links checked for relevance and quality
- Link validation: the external links checked (they resolve, they are the right target)
- Attachment to the video: the reading/links attached to the specific video
- Visibility: the reading/links shown on the video's page
- Audit logging of reading/link attachment

**Super Administrator User Journey:**
1. For a video, Super Admin attaches the additional reading materials: the supplementary articles/documents that extend the video's topic.
2. Adds the external links: the relevant articles/videos from trusted outside sources, so a learner can go deeper.
3. Cures the reading/links: checks them for relevance (they match the video's topic) and quality (they are credible, current).
4. Validates the external links: they resolve (no broken links) and they are the right target (the link goes where it should).
5. Saves; the reading/links appear on the video's page, and a learner can access the supplementary material.
6. For a broken external link (the target moved or was removed), Super Admin replaces it with a working link (or removes it); the change is recorded.
7. For a reading material that is outdated (a superseded article), Super Admin replaces it with the current one; the change is recorded.
8. The reading/link attachment is audit-logged with the video, the reading/links, and the timestamp.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The additional reading and external links are supplementary; they extend the video, not replace it.
- The reading/links are curated for relevance and quality; an irrelevant or low-quality item is not attached.
- The external links are validated (they resolve, they are the right target); a broken link is replaced or removed.
- The reading/links are attached to the specific video; they are per-video, not generic.
- An outdated reading material is replaced with the current one; the change is recorded.
- Reading/link attachment is audit-logged with the video, reading/links, and timestamp.

### 1.3 Practice Worksheets and Solved Example Problems
**What it does:** Provides the practice worksheets and solved example problems for a video: the Super Administrator attaches the practice worksheets (the exercises a learner completes) and the solved example problems (the worked examples showing the method), so a learner can apply the video's material and see the worked approach. The worksheets and solved examples turn the video's concepts into practice.

**Sub-features:**
- Practice worksheets: the exercises attached to the video (the learner completes them)
- Solved example problems: the worked examples (the method shown step by step)
- Worksheet download: the worksheets downloadable (per the platform's download policy)
- Attachment to the video: the worksheets/solved examples attached to the specific video
- Alignment: the worksheets/solved examples match the video's content
- Visibility: the worksheets/solved examples shown on the video's page
- Audit logging of worksheet/solved-example attachment

**Super Administrator User Journey:**
1. For a video, Super Admin attaches the practice worksheets: the exercises that apply the video's concepts (the learner completes them).
2. Attaches the solved example problems: the worked examples showing the method step by step (the learner sees the approach before attempting the worksheet).
3. Confirms the alignment: the worksheets/solved examples match the video's content (they exercise the concepts the video teaches).
4. Confirms the download: the worksheets are downloadable per the platform's download policy (the entitlement and cap apply).
5. Saves; the worksheets/solved examples appear on the video's page, and a learner can work through them.
6. A learner studies the solved examples (the method), then completes the practice worksheet (the application); the practice reinforces the video.
7. For a worksheet with an error (a wrong answer in the key), Super Admin corrects it and re-attaches; the change is recorded.
8. The worksheet/solved-example attachment is audit-logged with the video, the items, and the timestamp.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The practice worksheets and solved examples are the video's practice material; they turn the concepts into application.
- The alignment is checked: the worksheets/solved examples match the video's content; a mismatch is corrected.
- The worksheet download is governed by the platform's download policy (entitlement, cap).
- The solved examples show the method; they are the worked approach, not just the answer.
- A worksheet error (a wrong answer key) is corrected and re-attached; the change is recorded.
- Worksheet/solved-example attachment is audit-logged with the video, items, and timestamp.
