## 2. Reward System Management

### 2.1 Reward Catalog
**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the catalog of rewards so parents can set real-world rewards for their children's achievements.

**Sub-features:**
- Reward creation: the creation of a reward
- Reward categories: the categories of rewards
- Reward value: the value or points of the reward
- Reward enablement: the reward toggled active or inactive
- Reward catalog: the catalog of all rewards
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of reward catalog

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the reward catalog.
2. Create a reward with a category and value.
3. Activate the reward.
4. Verify it appears in the catalog.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- A reward creation requires a name and a value.
- A reward category groups the rewards by type.
- A reward value is the points or cost of the reward.
- A reward enablement controls whether it can be redeemed.
- A reward catalog lists all rewards.
- A reward with no value cannot be redeemed.
- Reward actions are audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

**What it does:** The Super Admin configures the real-world rewards so parents can define the tangible rewards for achievements.

- Reward redemption: the redemption of the reward
- Reward tracking: the tracking of the reward status

### 2.3 Digital Reward Tokens
**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the digital reward tokens so learners can earn and spend tokens on rewards.

- Token issuance: the issuance of tokens to a learner
- Token earning rules: the rules for earning tokens
- Token balance: the balance of tokens per learner
- Token spending: the spending of tokens on rewards
- Token ledger: the ledger of token transactions

1. As a Super Admin, open the digital reward tokens.
2. Set the token earning rules.
3. Issue tokens to a learner.

**What it does:** The Super Admin manages the privilege unlocks so learners can unlock privileges with their achievements.

- Unlock threshold: the threshold to unlock a privilege
- Privilege assignment: the assignment of the privilege to a learner
- Privilege status: the status of the privilege (locked, unlocked)
- Privilege log: the log of the privilege unlocks

1. As a Super Admin, open the privilege unlocks.
2. Define a privilege with an unlock threshold.

**What it does:** The Super Admin enables the achievement showcase so the family can see the learner's achievements.

- Showcase customization: the customization of the showcase
