## 3. Family Engagement Analytics

### 3.1 Collaboration Activity
**What it does:** The Super Admin reviews the collaboration activity so the parent-student engagement is measured.

**Sub-features:**
- Activity count: the count of collaboration activities
- Activity types: the types of collaboration activities
- Activity frequency: the frequency of the activities
- Per-family breakdown: the activity per family
- Activity trend: the activity over time
- Available on web
- Event logging (action performed)
- Audit logging of collaboration activity

**Super Admin User Journey:**
1. As a Super Admin, open the collaboration activity analytics.
2. Review the activity count and types.
3. Check the frequency and per-family breakdown.
4. Export the report.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- An activity count is the number of collaboration activities.
- An activity type is a goal update, celebration, or challenge.
- An activity frequency is the activities per period.
- A per-family breakdown separates the activity by family.
- An activity trend shows the change over time.
- A report is exportable in CSV.
- Report generation is audit-logged with the actor and timestamp.

### 3.2 Goal Completion Rate
**What it does:** The Super Admin reviews the goal completion rate so the effectiveness of the shared goals is measured.

- Completion rate: the rate of goal completion
- Per-family breakdown: the completion per family
- Completion by goal type: the completion per goal type
