### 2.1 Targeted Push Notifications
**What it does:** Sends the targeted push notifications: the push notification (the notification, the user, the content, the trigger, the date) is sent to the targeted users, so the users are notified (the push is the alert). The Super Administrator sends the targeted push notifications (the notification, the user, the content, the trigger, the date) so the push is structured and the alert is explicit.
