## 5. Communication Templates

### 5.1 Email Templates for Outreach
**What it does:** Creates the email templates for the outreach: the template (the template, the subject, the body, the variables) is created for the outreach, so the outreach is templated (the template is the reuse). The Super Administrator creates the email templates for the outreach (the template, the subject, the body, the variables) so the template is structured and the reuse is explicit.

**Sub-features:**
- Template: the template (the template, the subject, the body, the variables)
- Template subject: the subject (the subject of the template, the text)
- Template body: the body (the body of the template, the text, the variables)
- Template variables: the variables (the variables of the template, e.g., the name, the course)
- Template type: the type (the type of the template, e.g., the welcome, the reminder, the offer)
- Template status: the status (the active, the inactive)
- Template view: the view (the templates, the subjects, the bodies, the variables)
- Audit logging of the template creation

**Super Administrator User Journey:**
1. Super Admin creates the email template for the outreach: the template (the template, the subject, the body, the variables), the subject (the subject of the template, the text), and the body (the body of the template, the text, the variables); the template is explicit.

5. Sets the template type: the type (the type of the template, e.g., the welcome, the reminder, the offer); the type is the category.
6. Views the template status: the status (the active, the inactive); the status is the state.
7. The template is created: the templates, the subjects, the bodies, the variables, so the reuse is complete.

### 5.3 Template Versioning
