### 2.1 Affiliate Levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
**What it does:** Sets the affiliate levels: the levels for the affiliates (the Bronze, the Silver, the Gold, the Platinum) are set, so the affiliates are tiered by their performance (the level is the rank). The Super Administrator defines the affiliate levels (the level, the criteria, the benefits) so the levels are structured and the tiers are explicit.
