## 1. Regular Parent Reports

### 1.1 Daily Activity Summary
**What it does:** Delivers the Parent a daily summary of the child's learning activity: time spent, lessons completed, quizzes taken, and the day's highlights. The summary is delivered at a set time each day (e.g., 8 PM) via the Parent's chosen channels. This gives the Parent a quick daily view of the child's study.

**Sub-features:**
- Daily summary of the child's activity
- Time spent, lessons completed, quizzes taken
- Day's highlights
- Delivered at a set time each day
- Delivery via chosen channels (in-app, email)
- Summary available on web and mobile
- Summary event logging (generated, delivered, viewed)

**Parent User Journey:**
1. The daily summary is generated at 8 PM.

6. The summary is retained for the platform-defined period.

**What it does:** Delivers the Parent a weekly newsletter summarizing the child's week: progress made, scores, streaks, and upcoming items. The newsletter is delivered at a set day each week and includes a week-over-week comparison. This gives the Parent a weekly view of the child's learning.
