### 5.1 Mandatory Training Tracking
**What it does:** Tracks mandatory training completion across the organization: who has completed, who is in progress, and who is overdue, by department and program.

**Sub-features:**
- Mandatory training assignment
- Completion status per user
- In-progress and overdue tracking
- Completion rate by department and program
- Overdue user list with reminders
- Mandatory Training Tracking available on web and mobile
- mandatory training tracking event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of mandatory training tracking

**Organization User Journey:**
1. Organization navigates to Mandatory Training Tracking.
2. Organization reviews the mandatory training tracking details shown.
3. Organization performs the primary action for mandatory training tracking.
4. Organization confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. Organization opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.
