### 5.1 Audit Reports
**What it does:** Generates audit reports for the organization: user activity, enrollment changes, compliance events, and admin actions, for internal and external audits.

**Sub-features:**
- User activity audit report
- Enrollment change audit report
- Compliance event audit report
- Admin action audit report
- Audit report period selection
- Audit Reports available on web and mobile
- audit reports event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of audit reports

**Organization User Journey:**
1. Organization navigates to Audit Reports.
2. Organization reviews the audit reports details shown.
3. Organization performs the primary action for audit reports.
4. Organization confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. Organization opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- User activity audit report.
- Enrollment change audit report.

**What it does:** Lets the organization export its data: users, programs, progress, and compliance data, in standard formats for its own systems.

- Export formats: CSV, Excel
- Scheduled data export
- Data Export available on web and mobile
- data export event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of data export
