**What it does:** Calculates the return on the CSR's education spend: cost per beneficiary, cost per completion, cost per certificate, and outcome value per rupee spent.

**Sub-features:**

**CSR User Journey:**
1. CSR navigates to Education Spend ROI.
2. CSR reviews the education spend roi details shown.
3. CSR performs the primary action for education spend roi.
