### 4.1 Beneficiary Outcome Reports
**What it does:** Reports the outcomes of funded beneficiaries: enrollment, attendance, assessment scores, completion rates, and certificate attainment, broken down by program and cohort.

**Sub-features:**
- Enrollment and attendance reports
- Assessment score distribution
- Completion rate by program and cohort
- Certificate attainment report
- Outcome comparison across periods
- Beneficiary Outcome Reports available on web and mobile

**CSR User Journey:**
1. CSR navigates to Beneficiary Outcome Reports.
2. CSR reviews the beneficiary outcome reports details shown.
3. CSR performs the primary action for beneficiary outcome reports.
4. CSR confirms the result matches the documented behavior.
5. CSR opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.
