## 5.1 Employee Analytics

### 5.1.1 Individual Performance Profile
**What it does:** Gives the admin a per-employee profile: courses completed, assessments passed, hours invested, and compliance standing, in one view.

**Sub-features:**
- Courses completed and in progress per employee
- Assessment pass rate
- Hours invested
- Compliance standing
- Available on web and mobile
- Event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the individual performance profile

**Corporate User Journey:**
1. The admin opens an employee's profile → Analytics.
2. The completed and in-progress courses are listed.
3. The assessment pass rate is shown.
4. The hours invested are shown.
5. The compliance standing is shown.
6. The admin opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The profile covers the employee's full history on the account.
- Events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The individual performance profile is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 5.1.2 Learning Velocity
**What it does:** Measures how fast each employee is progressing: courses completed per month and average time to complete a course, compared against the department average.

**Sub-features:**
- Courses completed per month
- Average time to complete a course
- Comparison vs department average
- Velocity trend chart
- Available on web and mobile
- Event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the learning velocity

**Corporate User Journey:**
1. The admin opens an employee's profile → Velocity.
2. The courses completed per month are shown.
3. The average completion time is shown.
4. The comparison vs the department average is shown.
5. The velocity trend chart is displayed.
6. The admin opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- Velocity is computed over rolling 30-day windows.
- Events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The learning velocity is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 5.1.3 Engagement Score
**What it does:** Computes a 0–100 engagement score per employee from login frequency, learning hours, and course starts, so the admin can spot disengaged learners early.

**Sub-features:**
- Engagement score (0–100)
- Score components (logins, hours, course starts)
- Engagement bands (high / medium / at-risk)
- At-risk employee list
- Available on web and mobile
- Event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the engagement score

**Corporate User Journey:**
1. The admin opens the dashboard → Engagement.
2. Each employee's engagement score is shown.
3. The score components are shown on hover.
4. Employees are banded as high, medium, or at-risk.
5. The admin opens the at-risk list.
6. The admin opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The score is recomputed daily.
- "At-risk" means a score below 30.
- Events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The engagement score is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.
