## 4. Commission History & Payment Methods

### 4.1 Commission History
**What it does:** Shows the Affiliate a complete history of their commission: every commission entry with the customer, course, amount, date, and status (pending, earned, paid). The Affiliate can search, filter, and view the details of each entry. This provides a full audit trail of their commission.

**Sub-features:**
- Complete commission history
- Customer, course, amount, date, and status per entry
- Search commission entries
- Filter by status or period
- View a commission entry's details
- History available on web and mobile
- History event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the commission history

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the commission history.
2. The complete commission history is shown.
3. Each entry shows the customer, course, amount, date, and status.
4. Affiliate searches commission entries.
5. Affiliate filters by status or period.
6. Affiliate views a commission entry's details.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the history events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The history is complete and itemized.
- The history can be searched and filtered.
- History events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The commission history is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.2 Payment Method Management
**What it does:** Lets the Affiliate manage their payment methods: add, edit, and remove the bank account or payment details used for payouts. The Affiliate sets a default method and verifies new methods. This ensures payouts go to the correct destination.

**Sub-features:**
- Add a payment method
- Edit a payment method
- Remove a payment method
- Set a default payment method
- Verify a new payment method
- Payment methods available on web and mobile
- Payment methods event logging (added, edited, removed)
- Audit logging of the payment method management

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the payment methods.
2. Affiliate adds a payment method.
3. Affiliate edits a payment method.
4. Affiliate removes a payment method.
5. Affiliate sets a default payment method.
6. A new payment method is verified.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the payment methods events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The payment methods can be added, edited, and removed.
- A default method can be set.

### 4.3 Commission Disputes
**What it does:** Lets the Affiliate raise a dispute on a commission entry they believe is incorrect: a missing commission or a wrong amount. The Affiliate submits the dispute with details, and the platform reviews it and responds. The dispute status is tracked. This gives the Affiliate a path to correct commission errors.

- Raise a commission dispute
- Provide the dispute details
- Dispute status tracking (open, under review, resolved)
- Platform response to the dispute
