## 4. Conversion Tracking & Scheduled Promotions

### 4.1 Social Conversion Tracking
**What it does:** Tracks the conversions from the Affiliate's social posts: which posts drove clicks, sign-ups, and purchases, and the conversion rate per post and channel. The Affiliate sees the full journey from post to purchase. This shows the Affiliate the real impact of their social promotion.

**Sub-features:**
- Conversions per social post
- Conversions per channel
- Click-to-signup tracking
- Signup-to-purchase tracking
- Conversion rate per post
- Tracking available on web and mobile
- Tracking event logging (viewed)
- Audit logging of the social conversion tracking

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the social conversion tracking.
2. The conversions per social post are shown.
3. The conversions per channel are shown.
4. The click-to-signup tracking is shown.
5. The signup-to-purchase tracking is shown.
6. The conversion rate per post is shown.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the tracking events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The conversions are tracked per post and channel.
- The full journey from post to purchase is tracked.
- Tracking events (viewed) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The social conversion tracking is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.2 Scheduled Promotions
**What it does:** Lets the Affiliate schedule promotions to go out at a specific date and time: a social post or an email blast. The Affiliate sets the content and the schedule, and the platform publishes it automatically at the set time. This lets the Affiliate plan their promotion in advance.

**Sub-features:**
- Schedule a promotion
- Set the date and time
- Choose the channel (social, email)
- Promotion published automatically
- View scheduled promotions
- Edit or cancel a scheduled promotion
- Scheduling available on web and mobile
- Scheduling event logging (scheduled, published)
- Audit logging of the scheduled promotions

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the scheduled promotions.
2. Affiliate schedules a promotion.
3. Affiliate sets the date and time.
4. Affiliate chooses the channel.
5. The promotion is published automatically.
6. Affiliate views the scheduled promotions.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the scheduling events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The promotion is published at the set time.
- A scheduled promotion can be edited or cancelled.
- Scheduling events (scheduled, published) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The scheduled promotions is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.

### 4.3 Automation Performance Report
**What it does:** Provides the Affiliate with a performance report of their marketing automation: the total conversions from sequences and social posts, the breakdown by automation type, and the trend. The Affiliate can view and download the report. This gives the Affiliate a consolidated view of their automation's impact.

**Sub-features:**
- Automation performance for the period
- Total conversions from automation
- Breakdown by automation type
- Automation performance trend
- Select the report period
- Download the report
- Report available on web and mobile
- Report event logging (viewed, downloaded)
- Audit logging of the automation performance report

**Affiliate User Journey:**
1. Affiliate opens the automation performance report.
2. Affiliate selects the report period.
3. The automation performance for the period is shown.
4. The total conversions from automation are shown.
5. The breakdown by automation type is shown.
6. The automation performance trend is shown.
7. Affiliate opens Profile → "Activity" and confirms the report events are recorded.

**Rules & Edge Cases:**
- The report is for the selected period.
- The breakdown is by automation type.
- The report can be downloaded.
- Report events (viewed, downloaded) are logged with the account and the timestamp.
- The automation performance report is audit-logged with the account and the timestamp.
